Chaperone Information
Parents who want to be involved as a chaperone for 2025-2026 Bulldog Band events must complete all necessary registration with SecureVolunteer through Berkeley County Schools. Once approved by BCS, please send a photo of your card to Mrs. Adams via email (cerogers@k12.wv.us). The MHS Bulldog Band Chaperone Chairperson is responsible for assigning chaperones for each event.

Drillmaster Marching Shoe Order Form
Please use the form below to order the DrillMaster Marching Shoe. All orders are being processed through Ellsworth Music Supply & Repair, located in Ranson, WV. Deadline to order is August 1, 2025.
Student-Athlete Physical Form 2025
A yearly Physical is required for each student. Physicals must be completed BEFORE the first day of Music Camp on July 21st and a copy of the Physical Form must be turned in to Mrs. Adams. The original completed Physical Form must be uploaded to Martinsburg High School’s Family ID.

Paying Student Fees
When sending payments for any reason, please place it in an envelope with your child’s name, monetary amount, and purpose for the funds written clearly on the front. Checks or Money Orders made out to MHS Band Boosters will only be accepted. No cash will be accepted. Separate checks for different items are appreciated and greatly help our volunteer treasurers with their bookkeeping efforts. 2025-2026 Band Fees are $200.00 per student.
Parent Reminder
All students must be picked up on time after all rehearsals, football games, & outside performances. The MHS Bulldog Band Staff will always be courteous of your time, and in return we expect all students to be picked up on time. We thank you in advance!
